Listen on: Apple Podcasts | Spotify | Google Play | Stitcher

On Episode 18, we welcome special guest Gary Vaynerchuk to talk about parenting youth soccer players — and really, parenting in general. If you’re not familiar with Gary, he’s not a soccer guy; he’s an entrepreneur, best-selling author, sought after speaker and the standard when it comes to social media and internet marketing. You can read more about him here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/garyvaynerchuk/. Before listening, be warned that Gary is a passionate and fiery guy who uses a bit more colorful language than you’re used to hearing on Soccer Unplugged.

  1. Great podcast! First time listener. As someone who played organized soccer from 4 to 18, i appreciate the fact my dad didn’t push too hard in this area. I definitely saw kids pushed too much and exactly right! 28 years old and hate their dads. So sad. But looking back I should have gotten so much more out of my failures than I did. Since I got my life with Jesus, my life radically changed and my character and relationships has grown and grown.

  2. Great show! Two of my favorite podcasts combine for this enlightening episode. I love how Gary calls out parents for a lot of today’s problems in society. Keep up the great work!

I love the format in this episode with a guest. But this is not just any guest, Gary V is the man!
